Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We are currently shipping within Dubai only and all orders will be sent via Quipup delivery service. Delivery cost is AED 35 for next day delivery. Cut off time for next day delivery is 12.00 midday. Orders will deliver the next day before 23.00.

Refunds 

Due to the nature of preloved items all items are sold as seen. We therefore don't issue any refunds. Please make sure to view all product images and read all descriptions fully to ensure you are happy before purchasing.  

We send all items carefully wrapped however if you receive your order broken, we will of course offer replacement or refund. Please email us at tangerrinecasa@outlook.com with your order number and photos of received broken item within 2 days of delivery. If these are not shared within this time, we will not be able to process the request and a refund will not be issued.
